At Spring Hill MRI, we use the latest techniques and technology to provide the legal community with the data they need to make informed decisions for their clients. Through our legal portal we make it easy to get information you need. You can view and print images and reports from our secure online HIPPA-compliant PACS system. You can request patient images and medical records online and you can contact our management team directly.

Spring Hill MRI works hard to expand their Insurance network daily. We accept almost all insurance plans, to include all PPO Plans, Medicare Advantage Plans, Managed Care Plans, Work Comp, Auto Insurance, Letters of Protection and we offer competitive Self-Pay Rates.

Spring Hill is dedicated to Higher Technology for Better Patient Care. We have invested in a state of the art patient image and report system called a PACS system. This “Picture Archiving and Communication System” allows for law firms to view clients’ images.
If you would like access to your client’s images and reports please use the contact form in the legal portal to submit a request to Spring Hill MRI. We will assist your office in obtaining a User ID and password from there.
Attention: Our PACS System is Google Chrome Compatible Only.

X-Ray Film: $25.00 Per Exam
MRI/CT Film: $80.00 Per Exam
MRI/CT Film (With/Without Contrast): $160.00 Per Exam
Exam CD: $25.00 Per CD
Records:
Up To 25 Pages: $1.00 Per Page
Each Additional Page: $0.25 Per Page
The following charges will apply for client records. Payment must be received prior to records being released.
