Spring Hill MRI is a full service diagnostic imaging facility located in Spring Hill, Florida. We have been providing patient care in Hernando County since 2002.
We offer 8 different imaging modalities and perform hundreds of different exams. All our equipment is ACR, FDA or MQSA approved. We provide state of the art technology for fast and accurate reads dictated by our on-site board-certified radiologists. All of our technicians are state licensed and our friendly and caring staff is always ready to help.
We offer same day and late appointments for patient convenience. We accept almost all insurance plans, to include all PPO plans, Work Comp, Auto Insurance, Letters of Protection and we offer competitive self-pay rates.

Please select from the following, print out, complete and either FAX to our office at (352)684-0212. or bring with on your visit. Completing this paperwork is not necessary before your appointment, but will save time once you arrive. Depending on the type of exam there could be additional forms to be completed on arrival. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment time.
Patient safety is priority one at Spring Hill MRI. Please follow these instructions thoroughly as this could cause rescheduling of your appointment.
MRI Exams
MRI Abdomen / MRCP / MRA Abdomen:
- FAST 4-6 Hours prior to exam
CT Exams
Abdomen & Pelvis:
- FAST 4-6 Hours prior to exam. Clear Liquids Only.
Urogram:
- FAST 4-6 Hours prior to exam. Clear Liquids Only.
CT Contrast Exams
- Patients Regardless of age must FAST 4-6 Hours prior to exam. Clear Liquids Only.
- Patients 60 or older must obtain BUN/Creatinine levels, no older than 6 months, prior to exam. Lab work can be done at time of appointment.
- Patients receiving Oral Contrast must arrive 1 hour prior to exam to drink unless given to drink at home.
- Drink plenty of Clear Liquids to help with hydration for injection.
CTA Exams
- Patients Regardless of age must FAST 4-6 Hours prior to exam. Clear Liquids Only.
- ALL CT A exams require patient to have BUN/Creatinine levels, no older than 6 months, prior to exam. Lab work can be done at time of appointment.
Ultrasound Exams
Abdomen, Aorta, Gallbladder, Liver, Spleen, pancreas and Renal Artery:
- FAST 8 Hours prior to exam
Pelvic(transabdominal), Bladder, OB -ls\ OB- 2nd/3rd Trimester:
- Drink 32oz water 1 hour prior to exam. Patient must have FULL Bladder

X-Ray Film: $25.00 Per Exam
MRI/CT Film: $80.00 Per Exam
MRI/CT Film (With/Without Contrast): $160.00 Per Exam
Exam CD: $25.00 Per CD
Records:
Up To 25 Pages: $1.00 Per Page
Each Additional Page: $0.25 Per Page
Patients are given one courtesy CD of their examination. If a second CD of your exam is required there is a $25.00 duplication fee. This fee needs to be paid before records will be released. Payment must be received prior to records being released.
